This sign is on the wall of Tinkertown, an amazing museum of one man's work. Ross J. Ward was the artist, sculptor, carver who created Tinkertown. His motto was " I created all this while you were watching television". This rambling museum has large hand carved dioramas of complete western towns, circus big tops and a world class collection of folk art and antiques, there is even a sailboat that a relative sailed around the world. Tinkertown is closed for the winter, and will re-open April 1 2009. Tinkertown is located north east of Albuquerque, New Mexico on highway 536 on the road to Sandia ski area. A very interesting post. I sure think we should have the right to do things we want to on our own land without getting written permission.
