These Joshua trees are amazing, they can grow out of the cracks in the rocks. This one is in the Jumbo Rocks campground. I could not make up my mind which picture to use, so I posted all three.
I did not think I could get a good sunset picture this close to the lights of Los Angeles, but I like this one.

ReplyDeleteI'm impressed with the lovely muted colors of these photos. Being a Californian (Northern) I was aware of Joshua trees, although I have never been to the park, and their ability to grow through cracks in the rocks surprised me.
