H is for Horned Toad Lizard

This lizard was walking across the parking lot in an RV park in Tucumcari, New Mexico.  He had come out of a muddy field to dry off.  I was going to wash him off with a hose, but he was too fast for me.  This is post #7 on ABC Wednesday.

  5. What an exotic looking creature! There'd be great surprise if we found one in a parking area over this side of The Pond!

On behalf of the ABC Wednesday team, thanks for taking part this week! :)
